Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Love Blooming, we create and curate products with care, intention, and love. Love Blooming is a sole proprietorship brand offering thoughtfully curated and handcrafted fashion accessories and jewellery. To maintain transparency and fairness for both our customers and our brand, please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


🔸 Product Categories at Love Blooming

Our products fall under the following categories:

  1. Handmade – Ready Stock (Non-Customised)

  2. Made-to-Order / Customised Products

  3. Curated Products

Return, refund, and exchange eligibility depend on the product category.


1️⃣ Handmade – Ready Stock (Non-Customised)

These are handmade products that are already available on our website and are not customised after order placement.

Return / Exchange Eligibility
Eligible only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product delivered

Conditions

  • The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video are mandatory for verification.

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish due to the handmade nature of the product are not considered defects.


2️⃣ Made-to-Order / Customised Products ❌ (Non-Returnable)

These products are created after the order is placed or customised specifically for the customer.

Policy

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for:

    • Customized products

    • Personalized designs

    • Made-to-order items

These products are made exclusively for the customer and cannot be resold.


3️⃣ Curated Products

Curated products are sourced items carefully selected by Love Blooming.

Return / Exchange Eligibility
Eligible only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product delivered

Conditions

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.


🔄 Exchanges (Where Applicable)

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


💸 Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  • COD Orders – Credit Note Policy

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved returns or cancellations will be processed only in the form of a store credit/credit note.

    • No cash refunds or bank transfers will be issued for COD orders.

    • Credit notes can be redeemed on our website within 90 days from the date of issue.

    • Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations (All Categories)

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear

  • Original packaging is missing

  • The product is purchased during a sale or a special offers

  • Handmade variations are mistaken as defects


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after your request is approved.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from Love Blooming’s side.
