Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
• Handmade and made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
• Made-to-order or customised products are accepted only with prior discussion and confirmation and require a minimum lead time of 1–2 months, depending on design complexity, material availability, and existing workflow. Love Blooming reserves the right to accept or decline such requests.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
– 3–5 business days for metro cities
– 5–8 business days for non-metro and remote locations
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
• Any offers related to free shipping will be displayed on the website or official social media platforms.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Cash on Delivery is available for select locations. Any additional charges applicable to COD orders will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Courier Partners
• We ship through reliable third-party courier services.
• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the order is dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
• Love Blooming is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• In such cases, we will fully cooperate to help track and resolve the issue.
Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)
• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
• If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
• Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
• Love Blooming will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages During Transit
• If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record a video or take photos within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately.
