Welcome to Love Blooming. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, social media pages, and the purchase of products from Love Blooming, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Swapnali Jadkar ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions

Love Blooming reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products & Descriptions

Love Blooming offers handmade, curated, and created jewellery and accessories.
We make every effort to display product details, images, and descriptions accurately. However, due to the handmade and artisanal nature of many products, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish may occur. Such variations are natural and shall not be considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Love Blooming reserves the right to change prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payments may be made through prepaid payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on product type and delivery location.

Love Blooming reserves the right to accept or decline COD orders at its sole discretion.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any approved refunds shall be issued only in the form of store credit or credit note with a validity of three (3) months from the date of issue. No cash, bank transfer, or UPI refunds shall be provided for COD orders.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation and dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Love Blooming reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund (if paid) will be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Love Blooming is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customers are advised to read the policy carefully before placing an order.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. However, transit-related damage may occur.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an unboxing video. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as per policy and product availability.

9. Missed or Undelivered Shipments

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times.

If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment will be processed only upon request and subject to additional shipping charges.

For COD orders, re-dispatch will be initiated only after full prepaid payment is completed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, logos, text, product concepts, and creatives used by Love Blooming are the intellectual property of Love Blooming.

Any copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided on an "as is" basis unless expressly stated otherwise.

Love Blooming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

12. Force Majeure

Love Blooming shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, logistics disruptions, or government actions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.

 

14. Online Account Responsibility

To access certain features or services on the Love Blooming website, users may be required to create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your registered account shall be deemed authorised by you. Love Blooming shall not be liable for any loss or misuse arising from failure to safeguard your login information.
